Quiet Content is a solo business run by Nina Reweti in Western Australia. This page says what happens to information when you use this website or install one of our plugins. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
The plugins do not send anything to us. They run inside Claude on your own computer, and everything they write stays in your own folder. We do not operate a server for them and we never see what is in them.
The website is different. It uses analytics, and if you fill in the First Look form we receive what you send us. The detail is below.
The plugins
Prism Ready reads the business folder you connect it to, and writes a structure map, a naming guide, a sort plan and a context file back into that same folder. It never moves, renames or deletes an existing file. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.
Prism Echo saves the client quotes you capture as plain text files inside your own folder. When you ask it to extract client language from your email, CRM or review sources, it reads those through your own connections inside Claude, using accounts you have connected yourself. The results are proposed to you and saved only if you say yes.
For both: Quiet Content operates no server for the plugins and receives no data from them. We cannot see your files, your clients' words, or that you are using the plugin at all. If you uninstall a plugin, the files it wrote stay with you.
Your use of Claude itself is governed by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
The website
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and which guides get downloaded. It records page views, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, approximate location, and the type of device and browser. It sets cookies. We use it to decide what to write next, not to identify anyone.
Fonts. Pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google sees your IP address.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers keep standard access logs.
Booking. Some pages link to Calendly. If you book a call, Calendly handles that booking and its own privacy policy applies.
Email. If you email nina@quietcontent.com.au we keep the correspondence so we can reply and keep track of what was agreed.
The First Look scan
This one collects the most, so here it is in full. When you submit the First Look form:
- You give us your website address, your social accounts, one line about what eats most of your time, and your email address.
- Our system reads the public pages of the website address you gave us. Only pages that are already public.
- That content is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the analysis. Anthropic processes it as part of providing that service.
- Your submission is sent to us by email so Nina can read it and reply.
- To stop the free scan being abused, a hashed version of your IP address is stored for 30 days by Upstash, which we use for rate limiting. It is put through a one-way hash before it is stored, so the store never holds your actual IP address and we cannot recover it.
We use what you send to run the scan, reply to you, and follow up if you have asked us to. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the services named above.
Who else touches your information
- Google - analytics and fonts
- Netlify - hosting and form delivery
- Anthropic - processing First Look scans
- Upstash - rate limiting, hashed IP only
- Calendly - if you book a call
Each is a business we pay to do a job, not a party we sell information to.
Forms on this site
Alongside First Look, the site has a question form and an intake form. Anything you send through any of them reaches us by email and is also held in our Netlify account, where form submissions stay until we delete them.
How long we keep things
- Analytics. Event data is kept for 2 months. Data tied to an individual user is kept for 14 months, counted from that person's last visit.
- Hashed IP records used for First Look rate limiting expire automatically after 30 days.
- Form submissions and emails are kept while there is a reason to, which usually means for as long as we might reasonably still be talking. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
What you can ask for
Email nina@quietcontent.com.au and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will do it. If we cannot, we will tell you why.
If you would rather not be counted in analytics, most browsers offer a tracking blocker and it will work here.
Children
The site and the plugins are for people running a business. They are not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
