Quiet Content is a small business run by Nina Reweti in Perth, Western Australia (ABN 29 227 860 607). This page says what happens to your information when you use this website, chat with me, email me, or work with me. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
The website counts visits, and if you chat or email, I keep what you send so I can reply. When I build a skill or set Claude up for you, the work happens in your own Claude account and your own folders wherever possible, so your business files stay with you. I do not sell your information.
The website
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 shows which pages people read. It records page views, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, approximate location, and the type of device and browser, and it sets cookies. I use it to decide what to write next, not to identify anyone. It is not loaded on this page.
Fonts. Pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google sees your IP address.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers keep standard access logs.
The chat
The chat on this site runs on Crisp. If you use it, Crisp stores your messages and anything you type into it, such as your name and email address, so I can read them and reply. Crisp may also record your browser type and approximate location. I answer the chat myself; it is not a bot. Crisp's own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.
If you email nina@quietcontent.com.au, I keep the correspondence so I can reply and keep track of what was agreed.
When we work together
To build a skill, set Claude up, or train your team, I need to see some of your business material: documents, spreadsheets, price lists, examples of past work. I use it only for your job.
- Wherever possible I work inside your own Claude account and your own folders, so your files stay with you and you control access.
- Anything you send me directly is kept only as long as the job needs it, and deleted when you ask once the job is done.
- Examples and demos on this site use sample data, not a client's.
- Your use of Claude is covered by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
Who else touches your information
- Google: analytics and fonts

- My email provider: email
Each is a business I use to do a job, not a party I sell information to. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe.
How long things are kept
- Analytics. Event data is kept for 2 months. Data tied to an individual visitor is kept for 14 months from their last visit.
- Chats and emails are kept while there is a reason to, which usually means while we might still be working together. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
- Client material is kept for the length of the job, then deleted on request.
What you can ask for
Email nina@quietcontent.com.au to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. I will reply within 30 days, and if I cannot do something, I will tell you why.
If you would rather not be counted in analytics, most browsers offer a tracking blocker and it will work here.
Complaints
Quiet Content follows the Australian Privacy Principles as good practice. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, email me first and I will try to put it right. If we cannot sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is for people running a business. It is not aimed at anyone under 16 and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
